Role Overview: Call Centre Agent

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, articulate, and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic Contact Centre team in Johannesburg. • Building meaningful relationships with customers by providing friendly, professional, and efficient support over the phone.

• Managing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring each issue is followed through to resolution and documented properly.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Need to Succeed

🎓 Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)
• At least 2 years of experience in a Call Centre environment, preferably in customer support, automotive sales, or service-related roles
• Reside in or have easy access to Johannesburg or surrounding Gauteng areas
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional South African languages are a plus)
