Your Role in a Nutshell

Red Bull Brand Ambassador
As a Musketeer, you are the brand’s personality in the On Premise space. You’ll:
• Cultivate and maintain authentic relationships with bar owners, restaurant managers, promoters, event coordinators, and nightlife influencers. Job opportunity.
• Inspire confidence in the Red Bull brand by consistently embodying our values and high standards.

• Be a trusted consultant who brings expertise and creativity to every interaction.
• Always deliver with style, staying true to Red Bull’s premium image.

Entrepreneur of Your Territory
We’re looking for someone who truly understands their turf. You’ll:
• Map your area thoroughly, identifying emerging hot spots and untapped opportunities.
• Implement Red Bull’s strategic approach with a local twist that suits your territory.

• Manage resources wisely — including budgets, materials, and time — to maximise impact and ROI.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Matric certificate is essential; a university degree (preferably in business, marketing, or hospitality) is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or FMCG is highly advantageous.

• You’re deeply immersed in the On Premise scene — you know the venues, the people, and what makes each place tick.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning, time management, and analytical thinking.

• Self-starter mentality with a knack for working independently and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Tech savvy: comfortable using iOS, Microsoft Office, and digital reporting tools.
• Flexible schedule — you’re available to work evenings, weekends, and attend events.
• Must be able to travel frequently (up to 90-100%).
