About the Role

As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store always looks its best and runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for ordering, stocking, and displaying merchandise in a way that appeals to our customers, drives sales, and enhances their shopping experience. You’ll work closely with our supervisors and floor team to keep things neat, organised, and aligned with store standards. Job opportunity.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

• Accurately count and manage stock levels
• Replenish shelves based on store layout and sales demand
• Reduce damaged or unsellable stock by following proper handling procedures
• Follow instructions to build and maintain attractive displays
• Maintain a clean and organised stock room
• Ensure all stock is shelved, with no loose items or open boxes
• Help customers find what they’re looking for and provide friendly, helpful advice. Merchandiser Job Opportunity.

What We’re Looking For – Skills & Experience

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about retail. You should have:
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally in merchandising
• A Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification
• Good customer service skills
• Understanding of hygiene and housekeeping standards. Merchandiser Job Opportunity.

• Basic product knowledge (advantageous, but not essential)
