Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Agent, you will:
• Handle inbound calls and client queries efficiently and professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service and administrative support
• Assist clients with policy-related queries and ensure quick, accurate resolutions
• Capture customer information accurately in line with company compliance standards
• Support team members and contribute to overall service delivery goals
• Work within set performance targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Embrace a client-first mindset—actively listen, solve problems, and go the extra mile.
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications:
• Matric / Grade 12 / Standard 10 (NQF Level 4)
Experience Requirements:
• At least 12 months in a Call Centre and administrative support role
• 1 year experience in Short-Term Insurance (STI) and client service
• RE5 qualification will be advantageous
