What You’ll Do


As an Inbound Sales Agent, you’ll be the vital link between our products and customers’ needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handling Inbound Enquiries
• Answer incoming calls promptly with professionalism and empathy
• Verify customer details in line with compliance requirements. Call Centre job.


• Consultative Selling
• Listen actively to uncover customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary services—always with the customer’s best interests at heart
• Achieving Targets & Quality Standards
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales conversions, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and talk-time targets


• Maintain a minimum Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance score of 90%
• Relationship Building
• Follow call-centre “scripts” flexibly, adapting tone and language for a genuinely human interaction

• Seek referrals at every opportunity to expand our customer base. Call Centre job.


• Administration & Follow-Up
• Accurately record sales and customer information in our CRM
• Schedule follow-up appointments or product fitments as needed
• Correspond with clients via e-mail to reinforce trust and transparency


Who You Are: Requirements


• Education & Experience
• Matric/Grade 12 (minimum)
• At least 3 years’ experience in inbound sales within a call centre environment (telematics background is a plus)


• Skills & Attributes
• Natural communicator with excellent verbal and written proficiency
• Target-driven, punctual, and able to multi-task under pressure
• Strong time-management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to remain calm and professional


• Availability
• Flexible to work weekends and after-hours when required (including one compulsory Saturday per month)
