Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform pick-up and delivery operations, both domestically and internationally.
• Safely operate a FedEx vehicle on the road, adhering to all road safety laws and FedEx guidelines.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and scanning for each delivery or collection.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

• Participate in dispatch activities and sort operations when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the seamless execution of station and hub processes.
• Handle and pack shipments carefully to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and operations managers to maintain real-time service updates.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate:
• A valid Code 10 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent interpersonal skills – you’ll interact with customers and team members daily
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Good planning and time management skills
• A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
• Previous experience in a logistics or courier environment is a plus
