The role of a Mass Market Administrator is vital in the daily operations of our Funeral Distribution team. Your mission will be to ensure the seamless management of back-office operations, maintain efficient administrative workflows, and serve as the connecting thread between Sales Managers, financial advisors, internal departments, and our valued clients.

As a Mass Market Administrator, your role will include but not be limited to the following critical areas:
🧾 Business and Operational Support
• Conduct quality assurance checks (QA) on all submitted business documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Assist with the capturing and processing of new business and claims submissions.
• Monitor outstanding documentation, following up diligently within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Generate, analyze, and take action based on daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
🏢 Office Management
• Keep the office running smoothly by overseeing office efficiencies and administrative functions.
• Serve as a frontline receptionist and administrator for walk-in clients, maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
• Answer calls and direct queries appropriately to ensure client and staff satisfaction.
📊 Team & Managerial Support
• Provide operational assistance to the Sales Manager, ensuring day-to-day goals are met.
• Compile monthly performance reports for the team.
