Your Role: Flexi Store Assistant (Part-Time)
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a five-star in-store experience for every customer who walks through our doors. From providing personalized service to ensuring stock is managed accurately, you’ll be key to maintaining the high standards that define The Spitz Group.
This flexi-time position is ideal for students, part-timers, or individuals seeking a flexible work schedule, especially within the retail and fashion space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Control & Point-of-Sale Excellence
• Handle all transactions with accuracy and care.
• Perform daily banking and cash-ups with zero variances.
• Maintain high attention to detail with all manual entries and system updates.
2. Stock Management
• Assist with daily and weekly stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized stockrooms and storerooms.
• Follow correct procedures for handling customer orders and returns.
3. Customer Service & Brand Representation
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional assistance to customers.
• Build meaningful customer relationships and drive sales through exceptional service.
• Stay informed about our latest product offerings and fashion trends.
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• Matric/Grade 12 qualification
• 6 to 12 months of retail experience, ideally within a fashion, footwear, or customer-facing environment
