Boksburg, Gauteng – based at our SOS Laboratories under the Barloworld Transport Division.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs

On the Clerk Job role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial and administrative operations. Your day-to-day duties will include: Clerk Job.

• Ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors in accordance with company policies.
• Proactively managing vendor accounts to prevent and resolve discrepancies or payment issues before they escalate.
• Regular analysis and management of the age analysis report, identifying potential problem areas and recommending corrective actions.

• Ensuring that cheque registers are reconciled accurately with the general ledger accounts.
• Managing all SAP-related administrative functions for the Barloworld Transport Division.
• Ensuring that all documentation and compliance protocols are met in line with internal standards. Clerk Job.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required

We are looking for individuals who are both technically competent and enthusiastic about contributing to a high-performance team.
• Matric / Grade 12 certificate is essential.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a similar administrative or financial role.

• SAP system knowledge is required.
• Basic numeracy skills and a strong aptitude for working with figures.
• Good understanding of financial processes and vendor management.
• Prior experience in a transport, logistics or industrial environment is an added advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is essential in this role.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical thinking with a solution-focused approach.
