Where You’ll Be Based for Yes Learnership Programme

Multiple Gauteng locations to suit you:
• Pretoria
• Johannesburg
• Krugersdorp
• Kempton Park

Key Responsibilities

1. Binning & Stock Replenishment
• Accurately bin all incoming merchandise and allocate new products to designated locations.
• Update inventory records and report bin moves to your supervisor.

• Assist with stock replenishment from bulk areas to pick locations in line with SOPs.
• Conduct quality checks on all received goods to maintain trustworthiness of stock levels.

2. Order Picking & Quality Control
• Pick customer and inter branch orders within cut off times, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use alternate bulk locations only when primary bins are empty, preserving pack integrity.

• Perform double checks on picked orders to uphold our customer centric service promise.
• Participate in cyclical stocktakes and maintain daily housekeeping to industry standards.

3. Scanner Management
• Issue and retrieve handheld scanners; log transactions on our electronic app.
• Inspect devices for damage, report issues immediately, and update the daily scanner issue register.
• Uphold operational excellence by ensuring tools are always in working order.

Requirements for Yes Learnership Programme

• Education & Eligibility: Completed Grade 12/Matric; South African citizen; between 18–25 years old; not currently enrolled in any other YES Learnership or formal studies; available to start immediately.

• Core Skills & Attributes:
o Strong attention to detail and numeracy/literacy proficiency
o Excellent verbal communication and time management capabilities

o Adaptable, self motivated, and ready to go the extra mile
o Team oriented with a high level of integrity and a clear criminal record
o Physically fit for warehouse environments
