Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are handled, stored, and distributed with precision and efficiency. You’ll be working closely with our Warehouse Team Leaders to execute daily warehouse activities according to operational plans, ensuring stock integrity, timely deliveries, and accurate load fulfillment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Loading and unloading of trucks and trailers on time and in full compliance with the warehouse plan. Jobs near me
• Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining the correct layout for all SKUs in line with the model stock system.
• Ensuring seamless removal of stock from production lines to avoid bottlenecks or downtime.
• Handling returned goods from trade – this includes sorting crates, damaged stock, and repackaging where necessary. Jobs near me.
• Keeping the warehouse neat and clean in line with our high housekeeping standards.
• Participating in daily inventory checks and reporting stock variances.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
• Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics (essential).
• Proficient in English—either as a home language or a strong first additional language.
Experience:
• 6 to 12 months experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
• Experience in load building, palletizing, and/or forklift operation preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license is an added advantage. If you don’t have one, we will provide training for successful candidates.
Technical Skills:
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld terminal devices).
• Numeracy and literacy to perform basic stock calculations and interpret load sheets.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
