However, the declaration in Section F must still be signed. Initials and signatures are mandatory.
Only those shortlisted will be required to provide certified copies of qualifications and supporting documents during the interview stage. Foreign qualifications must be accompanied by a SAQA evaluation report, where applicable.
Shortlisted candidates may undergo a practical skills test, ethical conduct assessment, and a full personnel suitability check, including criminal, qualification, and employment verification. For senior management posts, a two-day competency assessment may apply.
