Over 12 intensive weeks, the Hyundai Sales Academy equips you with:
• Mentorship & Coaching
Learn directly from seasoned sales executives.
• Practical Workplace Skills
Master our bespoke CRM, lead-generation techniques, and consultative selling strategies.

• Hands-On Dealership Experience
Rotate through showroom floor duties, test-drive coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
• Soft-Skills Development

Your Day-to-Day

As a Sales Trainee, you will:
• Engage Prospects:
Greet walk-ins, identify customer needs, and tailor product presentations.
• Coordinate Test Drives:
Manage scheduling, vehicle preparation, and safe handovers.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Building:
Maintain post-sale communication, gather feedback, and nurture long-term loyalty.

• Collaborate with Service & Parts Teams:
Ensure seamless ownership experiences, from routine upkeep to warranty queries.
• Hit Targets & Celebrate Wins:
