What You’ll Do

• Deliver Live, One-on-One or Small Group Classes
Teach conversational English, phonics, grammar, and vocabulary to students aged 4–16, using our dynamic, multimedia lesson content. Work from home.
• Cultivate a Positive Learning Environment
Use imaginative thinking and patience to engage young learners, build rapport, and encourage participation.

• Monitor Progress
Provide verbal feedback during class, celebrate student achievements, and suggest areas for improvement.
• Maintain Professionalism
Log in on time, adhere to scheduled sessions, and communicate clearly with students and OiKID support staff.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong Communicators
Native or near-native English speakers with clear pronunciation, confident delivery, and a friendly, approachable style. Work from home.
• Adaptable Educators
Comfortable with technology, quick to troubleshoot minor technical issues, and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced online classroom.

• Relationship Builders
Natural networkers who forge trust with students and families, fostering long-term learning partnerships.
• Organized Individuals
Able to manage bookings, track their own schedules, and handle time effectively—no micromanaging required.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
• Tech Requirements: Stable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps), headset with microphone, reliable computer with webcam.
• Availability: At least six hours per week within designated teaching windows.
