Your Mission & Responsibilities

As a Totalsports Sales Associate in Rosebank, you will be the face of our brand and the architect of exceptional experiences. Your key duties include:
• Brand Ambassadorship: Greet every customer with enthusiasm, showcase your product knowledge and embody our core values of PERFORMANCE, AUTHENTICITY and INNOVATION.

• Customer-First Solutions: Actively listen to individual needs—whether it’s the latest running shoes, gym apparel or lifestyle wear—and recommend tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Sales Target Achievement: Monitor your sales performance daily. Leverage upselling and cross-selling techniques to hit and surpass personal and store targets.

• Trend-Driven Merchandise: Stay up to speed with the hottest sports, fitness and athleisure trends—help customers tap into the freshest décor and fashion offerings.
• Proactive Outreach: Identify new sales opportunities through personalised follow-ups, product demonstrations and event activations.

• Stock & Presentation: Collaborate with the team to replenish and visually merchandise stock, ensuring the store always looks its best and is fully prepared for peak trading.

What You Bring to the Pitch: Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric) complete.
• People-Centric Attitude: You love interacting with diverse customers and make genuine connections.
• Target-Driven Mindset: You thrive on KPIs, celebrate milestones and are hungry for continuous improvement.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English (additional languages an advantage).
• Agility & Initiative: You’re a multitasker who can work independently, make quick decisions and take ownership of your day.
• Attention to Detail: From stock levels to store presentation, nothing escapes your notice.
