What You’ll Do:

As a Home Loans Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our client base, especially outside the traditional branch structure. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Acquiring new clients by marketing Nedbank’s home loan products to employees of newly identified companies and within their communities. Home Loans Sales Consultant.

• Delivering personalised financial wellness solutions, conducting needs analyses to match clients with the right products.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients to unlock future business opportunities.
• Driving mobile sales strategies, using Nedbank’s tools and systems to bring the bank to the people.

• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping companies implement financial education programmes for their staff.
• Managing risk effectively, ensuring compliance with banking procedures and security measures.
• Collaborating across teams, sharing insights and strategies to help strengthen the overall sales approach.

Minimum Requirements:
• 3 years of relationship management experience in the financial sector
• 2–3 years of proven sales success, especially in high-pressure environments
• 3 years of experience in Home Loans (or similar field like estate agency or bond origination)

• Matric (Grade 12) and NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in Finance or Business
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

Skills & Knowledge:

You’ll need to be comfortable working with financial products, sales strategies, and client service tools. A good understanding of the following will help you succeed:
• Banking products and procedures
• Risk management and compliance protocols
• Data analysis and reporting
• CRM and mobile sales technology
